Productions & Storage The harvest
The beginning of all: the olives must be harvested. Nets are spread under the trees. Then, with the sticks, the nets can be filled. The harvested olives are then transferred to baskets, transported to the factory and then processed within six hours of olive oil. | | Wash
The first processing step is washing and removing leaves. The leaves are taken by an intake system. After that the clean olives come in a lathe, where they processed into a muddy olive paste. The paste is then taken to a a mixer (see next picture) until she has the right consistency for further processing. | | Control
For that every year our olive oil comes in proven quality to your table, it requires many hard-working hands. These include cultivation and harvest workers, drivers, bottlers and sales people. Here you see a worker, as he checks the consistency of olive paste
| | Our ready-made organic olive oil
After the solid substances have been separated from the liquid substances of the olive paste, in the next processing step, the oil is separated from the remainder liquid materials. This is shown in the image on the right. The separation process is carried out twice to provide as much olive oil as possible. | | Storage Our precious organic olive oil is stored until it is packaged in air-conditioned and light-proof rooms in stainless steel vacuum containers. Only if there are any new supplies, the oil is bottled in bottles or cans, so that you as a customer have fresh oil on the table at any time | | |
