From the olive to the bottle: Everything from one source

In our family, there are about 60,000 of Koroneiki olive trees. They extend over an area of approximately 15 hectares and include both the sloped and rugged areas. All lands are in close proximity to the sea - a significant advantage for the quality. These conditions produce a much milder taste of our olive oil, because the winds of the ocean cool in summer and in winter they  avoid frost!
